we operate a wedding videography company, and we're doing well in our current 14 major cities. Our big plan is to expand nationwide in the coming years. Right now, we're focused on recruiting talented videographers and assigning them to weddings. Worksuite is the platform we're using for our contractor side, and it's currently in the setup phase.
On the other hand, for managing our clients, we're still relying on multiple tools like Google Sheets for tracking, Google Calendar for scheduling, Square for invoices, and SignNow for contracts. It's becoming quite a hassle, and we think it's time to streamline our client-side operations by integrating them into a CRM solution like Honeybook, Dubsado, or 17Hats – whichever one suits us best.
