CRM development
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I'd like to have a CRM developed (or, perhaps preferably, have an existing CRM, such as SugarCRM or Dolibarr, adapted) to suit my needs.
What it must be able to do:

Desired workflow:
- receive email with job offer.
- create project from email (which links the email to the company, contact person, new project) with suggested details (preferably taken from email, by searching for certain (customizable) strings, always editable).
- confirm completion of project when completed.
- auto-create (editable) invoice + confirmation.
- invoice is auto-sent according to per-client payment terms (or the system sends a reminder to do so), which can be *number of days after completion/delivery, *at a certain date of the month, *at the end of the month following delivery (for example: if the project is completed in April, then send the invoice the Nth day, or on the first/last (working) day of May, or the 1st/2nd week of May). If too complicated (expensive), then simply a button to set a reminder for sending the invoice.
- invoice payment + payment date are recorded / tracked.
Everything is linked, so that I can navigate from project, to company, to contact person, to invoice, to old project, etc.
Ideally, I would like the dashboard to show at least:
*best clients* (in terms of both volume and price (monthly/yearly)
*projects*
--- activity (finished, ongoing, future)
--- customizable view/time range (week, month, half year, year)
--- color-coded for invoice status (invoiced (not yet overdue), paid, overdue 1 and overdue 2 (1st and 2nd user-defined overdue limits))
--- shown as a bar that is gradually greyed out (preferably based on payment terms) as the next invoice milestone (invoiced, paid, overdue 1, overdue 2) approaches
