Our main database for customer interactions is built on Microsoft Power Apps Dynamics CRM. We also use a linked Microsoft Web Core Application, known as the Planner Tool, which interacts with our Dynamics CRM. The Planner Tool is integral for managing jobs that are self-delivered, working seamlessly with a specific part of our Dynamics solution.
