Job Title: CRM Developer for Matrimonial Platform (YellowLadoo.com)
Project Type: One-time Project (with potential for ongoing work)
Platform: YellowLadoo.com (developed under HERIPICO ROOTS PRIVATE LIMITED)
Timeline: 2–4 weeks
Project Overview
YellowLadoo.com is a niche matrimonial platform designed for the Meena community. We are now looking to enhance our system with an internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module to better manage user interactions, subscriptions, contact reveals, and administrative controls.
This CRM will support both automation and manual management of user behavior, offering better insight and control to the administrative team.
Scope of Work
1. Subscription and Contact Reveal Management
Track users across four subscription plans: Free, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly
Implement daily contact reveal caps (e.g., 7 reveals/day) based on plan
Log each contact reveal by user ID and timestamp
Admin functionality to override or reset reveal counts
Total reveal limit enforcement based on plan type
2. Admin CRM Dashboard
Search users by name, email, or phone
Filter users by subscription plan or usage history
Flag users for suspicious behavior or policy violations
Add internal tags or notes for moderation
Downloadable logs and reports
3. Notification and Automation Features (Phase 2 - Optional)
Email/SMS alerts for subscription expiry and usage warnings
Admin alerts for unusual activity (e.g., multiple reveals in short period)
4. Optional CRM Platform Integration
Integration with Zoho, HubSpot, or Freshsales if suitable
Sync subscription and user data via API or webhook
Provide CRM login access for admin team with restricted controls
Technical Preferences
Backend: Node.js or Django (Python)
Frontend: React or Vue (for dashboard UI)
Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB
Hosting: Deployed with standard DevOps practices (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
We are open to tech recommendations if they are justified.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience building CRM systems or admin dashboards
Ability to design clean, modular, and secure APIs
Frontend/backend integration skills for seamless dashboard experiences
Understanding of user-level permissions, subscription-based logic
Bonus if familiar with matrimonial platforms or consumer web apps
