CRM SOFTWARE

As a business, I am looking for CRM software to better manage customer service and sales. Though I am not sure which existing systems I need it to integrate with, I would like the software to provide contact management, sales pipeline tracking, and customer service ticketing. I'm not sure what technology stack to use, so I'm hoping to meet with experts to discuss what would best serve my business needs.
