Lead Management CRM Portal
We need the following modules for creating such CRM Portal :
Lead Source Module : Under Affiliate Module we need the below mentioned features :
1) Bulk Lead Upload Option
2) FB/ Insta/Twitter & WA Lead Integration
3) Website Lead Form Integration
4) Affiliate Link for partners and associates for sharing interested leads
5) Walk In Leads and Staff Leads
6) These Leads should show to three places : Affiliate Partners on their panel, Team Members to manage it and Admin Panel
Lead Flow Module : Under this we need the complete lead management b/w us and affiliate
1) Our team be able to see all leads and their Sources
2) Leads should have all appropriate dispositions like Hot Lead, Cold Lead, Follow Up (with option to reschedule for next follow up), Closed Lead and Admission Complete & Visit Completed with Remarks option
3) Admin, Staff and Affiliate should be able to leads under their bin.
4) Leads should have option to send One Click SMS, emails, WA & Call
5) Admin should also have the option to transfer leads from one bin to another
Student Module : This module should have the application form and exam option
1) On successful lead addition to the crm, student should receive a Login Link with Username & Password via Email & SMS
2) User can directly sign in into the Portal. Once Logged in student should see the 5 Steps Application Form :
Step -1, wherein student needs to fill his basic details and parents information.
Step-2 here student needs to fill his/her Academic Details
Step-3 here student can make the Application Form fees payment and we need the payment gateway integration here
Step-4 here Student needs to upload the necessary documents like Aadhar Card Front & Back, Passport Size Photo, 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, Graduation Marksheet, Post Graduation Marksheet.
3) Upon Form Completion Student should see the Exam Module.
Exam Module : Under this module we need to setup mcq based exams
1) Admin should have the option to create different exam patterns based on their course selection for admission
2) Exam should have the mcq based answer option.
3) During exam student should be retrain from moving his eye balls from screen and should also restricts the screen switching.
4) Student should have received the immediate result based on the answers saved from the Admin Panel.
5) Next Student should see the Interview Scheduling Module
Interview Schedule Moduel : Student can schedule interview
1) Post Successfully exam qualification, student should see a calendar option to schedule a meeting with Interviewer.
2) These interviewers should be assigned by the Admin
3) Post interview schedule, student should get the email and sms confirmation for the same with the link.
4) Student should get a half an hour prior reminder for the interview.
5) Interviewer should have the option to select or reject student application based on his mcq based exam result and interview.
6) Post selection student should get the admission confirmation email with University Bank Account Details to deposit fees and confirm admission.
Staff Attandance Module :
1) Admin should have the option to add or remove staff and provide a login access to each team members.
2) Admin can manage the attendance of their staff with every morning login & Logout time option.
3) Further, it should have the option to capture the location of the staff at the time of login.
For managing this Calling sms and other features we need following type of application login :
Stage 1 - Web Based & Android Application
Stage 2 - Windows Based Application & iOS Appliction (Depends on Launch and success of Stage 1)
