*****PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH******
I am seeking a skilled developer with an expert-level understanding of Core PHP, Vanilla JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS. Our current project involves building a comprehensive CRM/Guard Tour software tailored for security companies. This is a critical system designed to manage and streamline operations such as patrols, client management, and site tracking.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
***Accounts***
** Company Account (Master Account)**
- A master account will be created for each security company using the software.
- This account will act as the parent account for all associated staff accounts.
***Staff Account***
- Security companies can create staff accounts within their respective company.
- Staff accounts are stored in the staff table.
- Accounts remain inactive until the profile is filled out, at which point they become active, allowing staff to log in.
- All staff accounts are associated with a master company account.
- Staff accounts may have roles, but role differentiation is not required at this stage.
***Global Data Scope***
- All data added by a company or its staff members must be isolated and only visible to that company.
- Ensure strict data segregation so no company can view or access data belonging to another company.
***Dashboard***
Stat Cards
- Ensure all stat cards are dynamically populated with data specific to the logged-in company or its associated staff.
Patrols by Location (Map Widget)
- Include a map for patrol locations.
- Reduce the widget's height to allow space for additional widgets.
Live Guard Tracking Map
- Add a placeholder for a live tracking map.
- This feature will not be active initially but must have a placeholder widget.
Overdue Invoices Widget
- Add a placeholder widget for displaying overdue invoices.
- This feature will not be integrated yet.
Alarm Analytics Graph
- Add a graph to display alarm analytics, showing the number of alarms handled by month.
***Clients***
Add New Client Feature
- Fix the issue causing errors when adding a new client.
- Ensure any added clients are only visible to the company or staff associated with the logged-in company.
Recent Activity
-Ensure the recent activity section only displays data related to the logged-in company or associated staff.
Client Modal Enhancements
- Add more fields to the client modal (details to be provided).
Edit Client Profile
- When the edit button is clicked, load the client's profile in an editable format.
View Client Profile
- When the view button is clicked, load the client’s profile in a read-only format.
Search and Filter
- Implement search and filter functionality for the client table.
***Sites***
Site Table
- Create a table for sites with the following columns:
Site Name
Site Address
Client Name
Client Type
- Table Actions
Include the following actions in the table:
View (read-only view of site details)
Edit (editable view of site details)
Delete (removal of the site)
Archive (mark a site as archived without deletion)
Add New Site
- Add a button to create a new site.
- Clicking the button opens a modal. Details for modal fields will be provided.
- Search and Filter
Implement search and filter functionality for the site table.
***General Development Notes***
Ensure role-based authentication is implemented to enforce data visibility restrictions.
Maintain clean and reusable components for widgets, modals, and tables.
Use best practices for database queries to ensure data segregation and efficient retrieval.
Add placeholder widgets where features are not yet integrated, clearly marking them for future updates.
