CRM Enhancement & PowerBi Reporting Improvement

Our current Dynamics CRM requires enhancements to improve its user-friendliness and better suit our specific needs.
Key areas of focus:
- Enhancing the User Interface: Making the platform more intuitive and easier to navigate.
- Improving Reporting and Analytics: This area is currently the most challenging for us. We need these features to be more streamlined and user-friendly.
We also want to significantly upgrade the reporting and analytics capabilities. Specifically, we are looking for:
- Advanced Data Visualization: We need more sophisticated and insightful visual representations of our data.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience with Dynamics CRM and PowerBi. They should be able to create advanced data visualizations and enhance our CRM's reporting and analytics features.
