CRM Enhancement Expert Needed
Budget: €300 – €375 EUR

Our plan is to integrate domain management and web hosting for our clients into this system. We aim to manage this as resellers, although we have limited experience in this area ourselves. Therefore, ease of use is essential for us. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) have already been designed based on the existing design; these can be easily copied, with changes to the text where necessary.
The following features need to be implemented:
1. **Main Menu Dashboard Overview**: An overview of active domain names.
2. **Domain Management**:
- **Domain Registration**: Option to register or transfer new domain names.
- **Domain Transfer**: A step-by-step wizard for transferring existing domain names to our management, including verification of ownership (e.g. via EPP code) and confirmation of transfer.
- **Domain Settings**: Options for managing DNS settings, renewal options, privacy settings, etc.
The focus is on the basic functionalities essential for efficient management. The same approach should also be applied to adding and managing existing or new hosting packages. The UI/UX designs have already been completed.
