Skills Required:
- Proven experience in CRM development
- Proficiency in the following program expertise:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as PHP, Python, or JavaScript for backend and frontend development.
- Database Management: Experience in working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) to manage and store contact data efficiently.
- API Integration: Ability to integrate external APIs for calling, SMS, and email services.
- Telephony Integration: Experience in integrating telephony systems for calling and RVM functionality.
- Security: Knowledge of security best practices to protect user data.
- User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design: Proficiency in designing an intuitive and user-friendly CRM interface.
- Ability to sign Non-Compete Agreements (NCA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
CRM Requirements:
The CRM system should have the following capabilities for each contact type: PRIMARY, SECONDARY, and TERTIARY / THIRD.
For PRIMARY, SECONDARY, and TERTIARY / THIRD Contacts:
- Calling: The system should allow users to call up to 5 different phone numbers for each contact type.
- Ringless Voicemail (RVM): Users should be able to leave ringless voicemails for up to 5 different phone numbers for each contact type.
- SMS: Users should be able to send 5 SMS messages for each contact type.
- Email: Users should be able to send emails to up to 5 different email addresses for each contact type.
Additional Information:
- To be considered for this project, you must provide proof of CRM development experience. Please attach relevant work samples or portfolio.
- The selected freelancer will be required to sign Non-Compete Agreements (NCA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to protect sensitive project information.
