CRM Development Assistance in Laravel

I'm currently developing a CRM system using Filament Laravel and need assistance with specific components. The system is designed for administrators, introducers (staff in different locations), and a lead controller.
Key Features Required:
- Admin Interface: I need help defining the specific functionalities for this interface, such as user management, data analytics and system settings.
- Introducers Workflow: Introducers should be able to view each other's information, but only within the same organization.
- Lead Controller Area: This section is quite simple; the lead controller only needs to review forms and images, and change statuses.
