I am in need of a skilled developer to help create a CRM system with specific features, we want to capture all of our lead points into one place, currently we have leads coming from our website, facebook ads, instagram ads, phone calls and direct e-mails, we are using two google sheets to currently facilitate our needs and these sheets do not speak to each other and are becoming redundant as our needs are growing. One sheet currently tracks our financials whilst the other sheet tracks our lead progress. We use these google sheets to generate monthly and weekly reports. We are basically using Google Sheets as a crm. The new system should also include customer analytics . I require integrations with a range of software and platforms. My budget for this project is flexible and will be discussed with the selected freelancer. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- CRM development experience
- Knowledge of sales pipeline management
- Familiarity with customer analytics and marketing automation
- Experience with integrations with various software and platforms
-Ideally we will use Hubspot, Salesforce or Dynamics 365 to achieve our requirements
Need someone who can video chat or teams to discuss project in English, will be an on-going project requiring updates and more metrics added in the future potentially.
