CRM Automation Specialist for Monday.com

I'm looking for a CRM automation specialist who can configure our Monday.com CRM system and automate several recurring tasks. The perfect candidate should also integrate our CRM seamlessly with third-party tools, including Email marketing software, Customer support ticketing system, Docusign, and Office.
Key responsibilities:
-Configure Monday.com to automate the identification and tracking of prospects.
-Set up automated email templates for contact initiation, follow-ups, and mandate proposals.
-Integrate Google Forms or Microsoft Forms with Monday.com for project information collection.
-Automate the creation of OneDrive folders and the updating of CRM records based on form submissions.
-Set up deal tracking with progress statuses in Monday.com.
-Integrate DocEsign for electronic signature workflows.
-Develop a real-time admin dashboard on Monday.com to monitor activities, prospects, deals, and interactions.
Key Steps to be Automated:
-Identifying and tracking prospects.
-Sending initial contact emails.
-Scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
-Collecting detailed project information via forms.
-Creating and managing OneDrive folders for each project.
-Updating CRM records automatically.
-Verifying the completeness of project files.

Required Skills:
Monday.com Configuration: Advanced knowledge and experience in setting up and configuring Monday.com for various workflows and automation.
Automation Tools: Proficiency with Zapier, Integromat (Make), or similar tools for automating processes.
Form Integration: Experience in integrating Google Forms or Microsoft Forms with CRM systems.
Document Management: Familiarity with OneDrive or similar cloud storage solutions for automated document handling.
API Integration: Ability to integrate APIs, specifically for DocEsign and Pappers.
CRM Workflows: Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, and deal tracking.
Dashboard Creation: Experience in creating custom dashboards and reports in Monday.com.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong communication skills for understanding project requirements and providing updates.
