CREATE LOGIN AND REGISTRATION PAGES WITH A FINAL LANDING PAGE
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want some professional LOGIN & REGISTRATION pages created with email verification and forgot password feature, also a landing page to go to after login/registration is completed.
I would like the forms built using:-
• BOOTSTRAP 5.1.3 (or the latest version if another should come out before this project is started)
• CSS3
• JAVASCRIPT ES2015
• JQUERY 3.6.0 (if necessary)
• PHP 8.0.11
• PDO
• Ajax
• OFFICIAL FETCH API STANDARD
NOTE: I “DO NOT” require any graphics, background images, or coloring on any of the forms at all.
All pages should be as described and using the below information:-
• All forms must be as up-to-date and bullet proof as possible against sql injection or any other preventable hacker attack as much as possible.
• Cookies will be required on all forms and all viewers will be notified as to such by a popup at the bottom of the page when they initially pull up the registration/login form page.
• The landing page will require that an individual be registered and logged in to access it in addition to cookies and notification as to such.
I will furnish the mysqli database complete with tables via an upload of the ZIP file containing it.
The pages I want created are as follows:-
Form page #1 the registration form page will require an email address, user name, and an encrypted password of no less than 8 characters with at least 1 capital letter, 1 special character and at least 1 number.
When submitted, it will automatically send an email to the email address used to register the individual.
This email must contain:-
• The Member’s assigned Mem_Num from the database as each new member is automatically assigned a number when they register.
• A hyperlink leading back to a form on the server that will place a notification in the database that the email was successfully returned.
Form page #2 the login form page will require a user name, and password.
• It must also have a “FORGOT PASSWORD” feature whereby an individual can reset their password
You do not have to create any areas for logos or graphics of any kind. No header or footer info is required.
