CREATE LARAVEL BASED MEMBERSHIP SITE FOR LESSONS

I need a laravel script for creating a membership site (paypal compatible) that can host lessons, with free lessons as well as paid lessons. Lessons comprise html materials. Current project has 25 chapters, each chapter is 1-3 pages. i will provide as pdf but this needs to be made into responsive html. Budget $200
