CONVERT LARAVEL BUILT WEBSITE FOR POINT OF SALE INTO A STANDALONE INSTALLABLE SOFTWARE

Hello I am looking for an experienced programmer to convert my point of sale website that's build on Laravel to a standalone installable software (.exe) so that i can be able to use it even without connection to the internet .Currently its cloud based and for me to use it i have to be connected to the internet which is a major disadvantage.
