[COD: FRB01] CRUD fixes in a Laravel application
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
What we're looking for: a developer to perform a few fixes in a PHP+Firebase application. In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience and tell us about a recent PHP project you’ve worked on.
Our focus is creating a mapping interface that will help patients allocation in cars for hospital emergency trips. For this, we need:
1- A simple PATIENT CRUD with the following fields: Nome (means name); RG (means SSN 1); CPF (means SSN 2); Endereço completo de origem (means full address from); Endereço de destino (means full address to); Vai acompanhante? [Sim/Não] (means it’s there a medical escort?) [Yes/No]; Pedido médico, pedido de regulação, consulta (means medical request. This is an upload field); Data e horário para consulta/exame (means date and time for medial appointment or medical exam); Pedido médico para viagem em veículo exclusivo, se aplicável (means medical request for exclusive vehicle. This is an upload field)
2- A simple VEHICLE CRUD with the following fields: Placa (means license plate); Fornecedor (means supplier)
3- A simple TRIP CRUD that connects patient crud and vehicle crud with the following fields: Motorista (means driver); Data/hora da viagem (trip date/time) and
4- A MEDICAL TRIPS MAPPING INTERFACE with a simple calendar where one or more patients can be added to a vehicle in a specific date
Just to make sure, we’ll provide you a sample project so that you can use all infrastructure, authentication/authorization and crud examples in order to save time. Phpmyadmin is also available. Could you kindly confirm budget and time? Thanks in advance
