CMS IN Laravel

We have static HTML website having 8-10 pages Currently. We required CMS on Laravel as standard /secured all required.
I need CMS on laravel.
1. create any new page, any menu easily via tool. Tools should be easy to operate. You can add module link yes

2) And make the edit icons accessible to screen readers..Make the admin site interface accessible for screen reader use..https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/

3) the cms should include menu, page and module options, whatever a standard cms has
for example, if we would like to add our services or products, this cms should allow s to do it.
4) your admin icons should be accessible to screen readers
because we have some admins who use screen readers
make them as normal link...not icons
I want you to add localization feature as well
I need to make the site in multilanguage..
