CLOSE FRIENDS INSTAGRAM - AUTOMATION

I need an automation system that allows me to add multiple users to my Close Friends list on Instagram. Currently, I can add up to 7,500 users per day, but I need a more robust solution that allows me to add more than 1 million users per day.

I'm looking for someone with proven experience in automation or development of similar systems, who understands the limitations and functioning of Instagram's APIs and is able to scale my tool to reach this volume.
