CIN 7 Specialist Needed

I am searching for a CIN 7 Expert:
Background: We have B2B via CIN7 and B2C via Shopify.
Your current tasks would be:
1. Upload (we can do that but often face issues) the inventory from our warehouse.
2. Check why our margin sometimes says 4000 and other ridiculous numbers
3. Is there a way to connect Shopify so that Stock gets automatically updated? So if there is a B2B Order the stock in CIN7 goes down but currently it doesnt go down in Shopify. And vice verca if there is an order in Shopify CIN7 doesnt know. is there a way to solve this?
4. Is there a way that if in Shopify there is an order it gets submitted to CIN7. However not as the B2C customer but as the B2B Customer who is running the B2C Store. To further explain. Lets say Omega is the Company that runs the B2C Store. A customer, lets call her Marie orders from the B2C Store. Because this is dropship Omega now will order from B2B and have it shipped directly to Marie. Currently Omega, after each order in Shopify, has to manually add the order to CIN7.
