CHROME PLUGIN OR WEB APPLICATION CONVERT ANY BLOG POST TO MP4 VIDEO -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for someone serious and competent in web development to see together
because I would like to create a chrome plugin or plugin in wordpress that converts a blog post to mp4 video
copy the images of the article to the timeline of the plugin (you have to create a timeline in the wordpress plugin or chrome plugin)
copy each text to the timeline of the plugin below the image
convert each text to Text 2 speech from windows
(For the voice I have a windows TTS tool that can convert any text to voice mp3 format you can add a button that adds the voice that will be converted already with this utility or if you know how to do it from the web interface convert the text to voice to see together)
once you have everything arranged on the timeline image up + voice down
make slide transitions or any cool effect between each slide so that you have an image + voice slideshow
convert this slideshow to MP4 to have a complete video
7) Function to have : to have the possibility to import in the timeline images from my local pc or from google image
(for the case where there are not texts that do not have images or even change the image of a slide)
we'll have to test this on other blogs that we'll search on google to see if everything
see if everything works with any website the goal is to have an application that can copy any text+image from any website

I'm attaching the screen prints of the interface so you don't have to do exactly the same if you have better ideas of course.
