I am an old school guy, php + mysql... but you will have a "carte blanche".. the goal is to make a really fast responsive website.

re-design the DB tables.
Step 2.
Frontend with search filters.
Step 3.
admin backend
step 4.
permission roles for users.
Step 1 & 2 are the most important and i would like to finish it before august.
Before engagement, i will send you some tests.
