WordPress Website Rebuild from Existing Content

I need a WordPress developer/designer to manually rebuild my existing business website in WordPress, using content from my old site.
Current situation:
Old website was built using GoDaddy Website Builder (not WordPress)

I have:
Screenshots of every page
Saved HTML copies (reference only)
All original images and assets

Scope of work:

Recreate the website in WordPress with:
Same content and page structure (sections, services, text)
Cleaner, more modern design (spacing, typography, layout)
Fully editable pages (Gutenberg or Elementor preferred)
Responsive (desktop + mobile)
Manual rebuild only (no auto-migration, no AI builders)

Design direction:
Professional, clean engineering / manufacturing style
Light modernization only (not a pixel-perfect clone)

Optional: simple visual-only parallax / fake 3D effect for product sections

Deliverables:
Fully working WordPress site
All pages editable in WordPress (no hardcoded HTML)
Images correctly integrated, with limited freedom to swap images using provided gallery assets only, where it clearly improves clarity or presentation
Responsive layout

What I will provide:
Screenshots of all pages
HTML files (reference)
All images/assets
WordPress + hosting access

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY

When applying, you MUST include:
Exact timeline – how many days you need to complete the rebuild
Total price (fixed or hourly, clearly stated)
Which builder you will use (Gutenberg or Elementor)
Brief breakdown of approach (how you plan to rebuild from screenshots)
Applications without these four points will be ignored.
Limited, practical improvement suggestions are welcome only if they are quick to implement and do not change the approved structure or scope.
