Business Coaching, Business mentoring or Business Valuation Software module

Have you previously built or developed a business coaching or software programme? I need a software program that allows my customers to enter their business details, run performance checks, valuations and collaborate with them.
Perhaps you've come across an open-source package that can be modified to meet our requirements. My current software application is written in codeigniter. I require a programme that allows my customers to enter their business information and allows me to easily collaborate with them. My strong preference is for someone who has previously developed such a platform or who is aware of open-source code that can be modified to meet our needs.
Can be a standalone script by prefer however i would prefer to integrate with my existing Codeigniter software.
