We’re building a cutting-edge AI-powered system to help small businesses leverage automation, chatbots, and marketing tools to scale their growth. This project will develop a marketable system, brand, and platform that delivers all types of online services and marketing solutions to clients.
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who is highly tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of AI tools, workflows, and automation systems like n8n. You’ll work directly with the founder to build workflows, design chatbot systems, and help create a scalable system we can bring to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize automation workflows using n8n and similar tools.
Design and integrate AI chatbots to support customer service and sales.
Assist in building and refining a scalable AI-based system for marketing and client support.
Research and recommend AI tools, automation solutions, and integrations to streamline operations.
Collaborate in branding and system development to bring solutions to market.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation and chatbot workflows.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar workflow automation platforms.
Experience designing and implementing AI-powered chatbots (Dialogflow, ManyChat, ChatGPT API, etc.).
Strong technical skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation best practices.
Bonus: Experience in digital marketing or supporting small businesses.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (English fluency required).
