Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
Re-build a FM14 solution into working on FM19 or Claris. Previous version ran hosted on own FMS, delivered a consultant interface via FM to therapists and a WebDirect painted portal to clients to access their progress. Fantastic features lacking some bare essentials and n ow in need of a good update and streamlining. Third sector project aimed at combatting mental health, burnout, and breakdown so org is non-profit but as a MVP has worked successfully for 7 years, until the developer's wife passed over COVID and the project came to a standstill.
Needs new client and consultant interface, integration with mail, bookings, TEAMS/Zoom etc, and a great graphing package to create dashboards. Essentially a large Employee Engagement platform, but aimed to be used in a therapeutic context between professional and client, using work and tools to chart progress towards goals.
Most of framework are there, need redesigning (ie responsive, add apps etc), some missing entirely, such as email, so quite easy to retrofit. Quite a highly developed CRM and hierarchical access and security structure already in place and fully functional, so should be less complex that it seems.
(Almost) everything works, it's just outdated, doesn't integrate or play well with others, and isn't responsive. They key parts of the solution are all there though and I can walk you through a demo. Here's an enclosed PDF of a non=profit project we adapted it for to0 help the unemployed get back into work, but its uses are numerous and a variety of settings.
Must have the addition of a group chat /buddy system to enable mentees to find likeminded people to work together with - like a chatroom of open to[pics but within which you can strike private conversations - but I see many plugins for such systems now.
