Bulk payment app/website

I am looking for a skilled developer to build a bulk payment app/website through which people can do rtgs, upi, net banking to multiple people at once. Add beneficiary, export transaction list in a excel/pdf format. It should have both sending and receiving payment capabilities. I need the app/website to have both a professional and corporate look and feel, as well as being secure and easy to use. The app/website should also have an intuitive user interface, so that users can easily make payments, send payments, and keep track of their payments. I also need the app/website to be able to securely store customer data and be able to accommodate a variety of payment methods. Because of these requirements, the project I would like completed is an app/website that is user friendly, secure, and visually appealing.
