I'm seeking an expert to develop an efficient and reliable bulk messaging system as part of an SMS gateway solution.
Key Requirements:
* Proficient in developing and creating SMS gateway solutions with an emphasis on bulk messaging.
* Should have knowledge about message delivery status tracking and SMS scheduling techniques.
Preferred Expertise:
* Experience with creating interfaces is desirable. The nature of the interface is negotiable as its details have not yet been clarified (web-based, mobile app, API for third parties, etc.).
* Ability to integrate the new system with existing databases or systems would be a plus, although it's not confirmed whether this necessity will arise.
