Bulk Domain Update in MySQL
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have just moved my site to a new domain, but the MySQL database still contains the old address in many places. There are well over twenty tables involved and I’m not certain which columns hold the outdated URLs, so the task begins with discovery as much as replacement.
Here is what I need done: make a full backup, scan every table for the old domain (including data stored in JSON, serialized PHP, or long-text blobs), then replace all occurrences with the new domain while keeping data integrity intact. When the job is finished I want to see the site working on the new domain with no broken links, plus a short report showing which tables and columns were updated.
I can give you phpMyAdmin and command-line access, along with the old and new domain names. Please keep downtime to an absolute minimum; I can schedule a brief maintenance window if necessary. If you have experience running large-scale search-and-replace operations in MySQL—perhaps with wp-cli search-replace, Search-Replace-DB, or your own scripts—let me know your preferred approach and estimated turnaround time so we can get started right away.
