Bulk Automation to booking + filling form online. (Without Bot teaching)

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a custom automation solution for our platform that will allow us to book and reserve appointments in bulk. The primary purpose of this automation will be reservation and booking, and we require the automation to be developed without using any bot teaching techniques. We do not have any specific programming language or tool requirements and are open to any suggestions. The ideal candidate for this project will have experience in developing custom automation solutions and be able to work efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality results. Use case : I need to booking concert ticket in bulk 100 USER ++ but ticket always full within 1 mins
so i need bot to help me fill form to get booking ticket as much as possible
Problem : Form Format is Random but information maybe same like Name,Address,Email,Birthday etc ...
Link is unknow before booking time
Example Step
1. Host will send a link to fill information
2. Everyone will go to link to fill a form as fast as possible
3. If you get ticket , a new payment link will appear

We can not using automate because it need time to teach bot before booking
