Bulid User Interface .VB -- 2

I am working on BLDC Motor and i want build a User Interface wich Visual Basic .vb to command this Motor, this Interface have to be able to make a seriel connection with Arduino Uno to command the simple FOC modul. the Command musst have two command parameter : U the Tension from 0v to 25v and the f the fraquency between -60 hz to 60 hz ( the minus f is for the reverse sense). this Interface musst be also able to set the individual Phase to zero, to deactivate one, two or all phases (U, V and W).
And sure i want visualize all data on this interface : motor frequency/ tentions and curent. Plz think on the Triangle and star conncetion, because that change all the shema to read the data: Interface have to be able to command the BLDC in both of this kind of shema ( triangle & Star ).
I built allready one interface but i want to see how will a proffessional do it.
