Bulding a versitile customised app

In summary, I wish to filter my feed from one facebook page advertisements to get requests of vehicles to be repaired. TheThe hail damage jobs can be categorised into non-insurance (simple) and insurance (different information required from a form)
We may have to set this up to make the filtering easy using forms the messages are on facebook post comments, messanger messages, and meta, if possible SMS and email forms we require make model and year of vehicle, pictures of the dents to be repaired location of customer, (if possible the phone number)
jobs are distributed geographically in the region defined (polygon) or closed to location of customer
The app concept is fine with me as admin and my contractors as the users.

Facebook comments to posts
Facebook Business Suite conversations
Whatsapp conversations
My email forms - I will have a set format I guess it will be pushed to an email address we set up for the app
we need to send information and pictures - at the moment I have to take several screen shots and send pictures altogether in SMS

Let's manually allocate the jobs to different regions based on postcodes - how quick can this be done. I think last time you said 2 to 3 weeks
Version 2 Automatic is a better system to allocate the jobs rapidly and we win more jobs. The quicker we can do it the better.
We could also have like a bidding system for leftover on taken jobs
We need a status of jobs eg New, Assigned, Pending, Rejected, Completed.
Customers should be able to review so we send out. a link of google reviews from the closest region for the customer to fill out
I want new pdr technicians to be able to join. and we allocate an area for them.
I will send screenshots of typical conversations in a separate email
Jobs should be into categories -
private hail jobs
insurance hail jobs (rare - see below)
or car park dents
Additionally, jobs that are hail should be assigned to insurance we will be creating a version for quoting insurance that we can develop to quote quickly! Let's get phase one out of the way first.
Future, I want to link this to an admin system as part of the this new insurance quote and management system.
