I need to build a website to be used internally for our staff.
I need a system where i enter passports details in English and Arabic. Based on the entered details i need to generate a report for each transaction (The transaction will contain multiple passport details, like 5 or 10 or 50 entry) If possible, integration to OCR to be there so that we upload the passports and the system fill in the information directly to save time. Validation to be available in the system to highlight the people below 18 years old and the passports with less than 6 months.
I should be able to classify the transaction based on its movement in the State Ministries. Example: (Work in progress / pending / Prepared / with tourism / With finance / completed. I should update the status from my end.
Of course, in the transaction I should have the option to select the customers to be able to track them and i need to create users who can used the system and link them to the customer, ie. The employee of that customer will log in and upon logging in he should see his transactions only and when he enters a transaction, the system should auto select the customer account and he shouldn't have the option to change it.
I should have a report that shows each customer production based on the selected dates, number of transactions and number of entries per transaction.
Finally, the system should support Arabic
