Im operating a shipping service that provides payment and shipping services to customers (B2C) from abroad websites in my country,Customers open a code *(their ID), I purchase their orders and then register the order amount, and my commission
As you can see from the capture photo this is the main safes where I manage the cash flow

I want to implement this into a web application with portals for admin , subadmins with function that is going to be discussed later
