Building a simple web app (in Wordpress or Laravel or React)

Building a simple WordPress web app. The main purpose of the app is to log the selections of the users through sessions or cookies (no login) and stored them on the backend. Users can select 7 out of 10 cards and click submit. Cards are selected by clicking the switch button and they go into the middle of the screen. When users click on the card they pop up and give more information. The design will be provided. For now, I'm sharing the mockup. The design will be provided later today.
