Building an email verification tool

Looking to build and host an email verification software. I already have a website for this, all I need is the software part that integrates with my website. On my website, I want the user sign-up feature after which they will be able to access the dashboard and use the bulk email verification feature.
I already have the API for the third-party verification tool. All you have to do is implement it for my software.
The software would work in the following way - a user sign ups - user pays for the verification credits - depending on the credits bought, required credits are allotted to the user account - user uploads the email list in CSV format - the software cleans the list using the third-party API provided - the API returns the cleaned list with report - user downloads the clean list and report
