Building Simple Real Estate Portal and Integrating RETS feed from MLS

Our business focuses on real estate data analytics. We need help building a simple real estate portal in a short amount of time. We're working with RETS data for the first time - our data stream is for both active and past listings. The listing service we are getting the data from is RETS 1.6 Platinum certified. They do not currently use the RESO API.
We need help with the following:
- Building a simple real estate portal to search and view listing records. Need both front-end and back-end. Preferably Laravel PHP for the back end and React, Angular, or Vue for the front end.
- Connecting all of the streams. We need Residential, Condo, and Rentals immediately. We would also like to connect Commercial, Other, and Mobile.
- Pictures are most important, then key fields.
- If you already have a standardized layout - great. Happy to use. The website is not for marketing real estate - it's merely so that we can view the data and perform our analysis.
