Building PHP website with db

Service requests: building a website, control panel the website in Arabic & English language)

-The home page shows ( sliders, search by city & products , categories and footer )
-The slider and categories can be changed/ add from admin control panel.
-Signup page ( the requirements data is : username, password, email and phone number with Twilio OTP service ).
-Any sign in user can : add advertisement with : add tittle , main pic , price,city and price.
-Any sign in user can add Instagram account ( not mandatory to show in his posts )
All the past is required to post an advertisement except Instagram profile.

-The visitors can see all websites & advertisement. Can press WhatsApp icon to talk to the seller OR chat with seller ( based on seller preference) .
—Products, advertisement rates should be applied.



From control panel can :
-Add / modify categories.
Search username, email, phone number to see ads , block and manage account.
-change / add sliders.
-Add cities ( for the search & ads posts )
Turn off / on the website and show ( under maintenance page )
Add/ modify website fees page .
statistic about most cities add posts, number of ads during the week/ months

Sellers ( signed in users ) can see the website fees page icon in the top of the website .

The project is building the website & the database in PHP script.
