Building PHP Website from HTML and CSS (Laravel)

You will use my design files(HTML and CSS) to build a website you can use Laravel to integrate few features that i would to use.

Website will be hosted on linux but connect to MSSQL server database(So we need to use MSSQL PDO driver)
