Building a Mastadon "Instance" with some minor modifications

We wish to build an "instance based on the Mastadon open source code for the architectural, engineering and construction community, with allowance for a modest amount of advertising on our server. The budget for this project is very low because it will take a long time to generate any revenue (if successful). See details in attached Word document. Please do not submit a "placeholder" quote -- ask questions to determine scope of work before submitting a bid, and expect you to do the work for the price you initially quote.
