am using Calendly to set appointments with my clients, and I export those data to google sheet to review it and make notes.
my google sheet have 4 sheets “https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FiZP_fS9B5maXjMCdiysXPSFuudgQZIssAjfw44la_I/edit?usp=sharing “
Sheet 1 : Calendly - Appointments this where the exported data and after i review the application for the applicant i will approve it or reject or cancel it.
if Application approved i want the client to receive an email and WhatsApp message have approval letter “ PDF” under his name it have expiration date I can set it, and then his data “ Name phone number etc.. “ moved to to sheet No 2 Called “Approved students “
if Application rejected i want the client to receive an email and WhatsApp message have rejection letter “ PDF” under his name, and then his data “ Name phone number etc.. “ moved to to sheet No 3 Called rejected students
Sheet 4 called Registered Students
When students from Approved students sheet register in my company i want to change their status from sheet No. 2 “Approved students“ to registered and then i want his data to moved to sheet No.4 Registered Students
system has to have an automatic reminder for the approved students whose still not Registered “ each 3 days” and also have this options to do it manually.
in sheet No. 4 i have some Columns like “ 1st Installment , 2nd Installment, Contract Signed, Application”
i want also to have the option to send an email and WhatsApp message remember them to complete the payment or fill the application etc.. for the students that i select
Also, all sheet should look organized and nice and have the ability to move this function for other sheets in the future
