Build wordpress plugin ERC721 Ethereum

We have a wordpress site set up with Woocommerce that mints Ethereum ERC721 NFTs on the sale of that product. But what I'd like help with is the ability to transfer the NFT to another user within the platform, put the NFT for sale so it appears on the original listing page as 1 for sale at $100 a bit like an exchange. But also allow bids, so a buyer could come and bid $300 for an asset if non are available and it emails all the owners that have that asset.
