Build a wordpress plugin

The plugin will be a (hopefully) simple way of adding downloadable files to a website. Many of the current plugins are way too complicated.

Please estimate the cost to develop and any ongoing costs for updates when new versions of WP are released. Make sure you include the words red tractor development as the beginning of your proposal so I know you have actually read this brief.
