Build me a website with searchable content in Arabic

The project consists of creating a database website from scratch, on which hundreds of books (in Arabic) would be scanned and uploaded. The users accessing the website should be able to search for a specific information in the whole database and/or in a specific book. The user should also be able to consult each book separately in order to read it online.

Access to the website will be granted on a subscription basis. A payment platform should therefore be included.
