Build a website via Laravel -- 2

It is a tracking issues Website. We'll have some items, the teams are working on and we need to have a tool that allows all teams to be on the same page in terms of the progress on these items. Anyone can create a group of people and invite others to join, or people can request to join a team. Each team will have some meta data such as the tags and other information (TBC). I am looking for full stack developer who can work on the frontend and backend. Alternatively, I am happy to buy a dashboard template and you can customise it according to our needs. Laravel has almost all the components we need for our SaaS application. I am happy to demo you a previous version of this website to show you the main features.
