Build a website using Laravel and Vue

I would like to build a multi-tenancy website something similar with WIX, Shopify, Squarespace.

Features:
- Drag-and-drop html editor
- User management
- Tenant switch

The idea is all what is:
- Frontend should be built in Vue (preferable in Vue3) with Tailwind
- Backend should use Laravel



*REQUIREMENT* The application should be unit tested for backend and frontend

Optional: The API could use GraphQL.
