Build me a website product config form that customers fill out and send to Thomas Products + Customer email address as a PDF. 3
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Objective: Take the Custom 4000s Build Spec Sheet out of our catalog and create a dynamic form on our website The form will display appropriate diagrams & images according to selection. Customers will fill out the WEB FORM on our website, and the WEB FORM will be converted into the CATALOG FORM before sending to Thomas Products LTD email + customer email address. After we receive the Custom 4000 PDF in our email inbox, we contact the customer to discuss pricing and other details about the product they are purchasing. We are providing you all images and content. You build the form and functionality. The form must be well designed, responsive, resize easily for all browser/devices/computer configurations, and the code must be easy to read for future web developers to service it.

Here is step by step what we want:
1. Customer visits our website and goes to Custom 4000 Custom Level Switch page.
2. They fill out the WEB FORM.
3. They click “submit”.
4. (in background WEB FORM data is translated into CATALOG FORM and sent to our email + customer email)
5. In our email inbox we receive CATALOG FORM pdf. Either Page 10 and 13 (not both). Which one we receive depends on what style customer entered on the WEB FORM.
6. We print out CATALOG FORM and use for our records. We also contact the customer to discuss pricing and lead time.
The difference between the 2 forms is the way they look.
The WEB FORM is designed to be easy to use, for new users.
The CATALOG FORM is for Thomas Products LTD internal use only.
