Build a website preferable on Laravel

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to build a website on Laravel. The main purpose of the website is to serve as a platform. Although I don't have a specific design in mind, I have a general idea of how I want it to look. The key features that the website should include are user registration and login, organize event and other user can join. Each user have a profile.

Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Laravel development
- Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience in designing and implementing user registration and login systems
- Familiarity with building online payment systems would be a plus
