Build a website for cooperation between real estate agents and homeowners - AGENTPACT.COM
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We need a developer who is able to create a website to provide homeowners with the services of real estate agents.
The site will be called - AGENTPACT.COM
Here is the main idea.
Agents pay home owners for the future sale of their house. Agents will pay home owners a fee (how this is calculated to be determined) in order to secure the future contract to sell their house.
As an example, if there is a house worth £500,000, the future fee for the agent could be 1.5% (£7,500). The Agent would pay the home owner via our system £500 (for example) for the contract to sell their house. There is no obligation for the home owner to sell with any timeframe or indeed at all but if they do sell the Home in the future they must either instruct the agent that paid them or pay the agent their fee.
This enables agent to ‘buy’ future business and could result in a huge rush for agents to secure properties.
We would charge 10% on top of the fee paid to the home owner, paid to us by the agent.
Here are a few key points that are necessary for the successful implementation of this idea.
1. In this system, it will be possible to register as a real estate agent and as a homeowner.
2. The homeowner, registering on our site, will have to provide documents for the ownership of the property.
3. It is necessary to make a convenient functionality on the site, where the homeowner will be able to indicate the conditions on which he would be ready to cooperate with the Agent (meaning the initial payment that the Agent must make to grant the right to sell the house).
4. Homeowners do not have to upload a photo or description of the house on the site. It is enough for them to provide documents for the ownership of their home. Everything else related to the sale is the work of the Agents. The homeowner should simply be able to attach the required documents when registering.
5. The homeowner should be able to publish the price he will accept and the agent may agree to it, or the agent may make his offer to the homeowner. To do this, it may be necessary to provide a system of communication in the form of a chat.
6. The agent must also be able to create an account on the site, indicating their conditions for future cooperation with homeowners.
This site will target the British real estate market with all the intricacies of their economic situation. The customer of this project, a person who has his own real estate agency in the suburbs of London.
The project is huge, so the time to complete the project and the cost of future developer services are approximate. The customer is open to suggestions and is ready to pay the right amount to the right person, so people who are engaged in development and soberly evaluate the entire amount of work can leave their suggestions, and the customer will get acquainted with them.
I am a designer and have been working with this client for more than two years, so I can also be involved in the process.
At this stage, we need to find a person with whom it will be convenient to work. Once we find a person capable of making such a site, I will be ready to provide my assistance with the design of the logo, artworks, banners and more.
It would also be great if developers who had experience working with similar projects leave links to their work in applications. Or they will somehow complement the idea for the future site.
