Build me a website, Web developer

So I want to create a website for my business/startup. I will be providing the domain and hosting. I need a guy who can make that website run, starting from customer arrival to buying the product or ordering the service and leaving the site with a happy heart. Basically looking for a Web developer. I will be providing all the resources like images, text that need to be on the website. I want also the payment gateway. As our website will be selling product.
